Starting in 1989 as a family business, Mr. Santosh Jain started dealing in land and real estate in partnership with trusted associates and established his network in the real estate circle in Maharashtra. Since 2008, they started Neeta Developers, an independent firm dealing in land for residential as well as commercial use. Mr. Rushabh Jain joined his father in this business after completing his education as a landscape architect and designer.
Neeta Developers has presence and contacts all over western Maharashtra and has executed deals of 500+ acres of land successfully till date.
Thought Mr. Santosh had a pharmaceutical background and had a family run pharmacy, he focused on land deals and property transactions.

Mr. Rushabh comes with a formal education in landscape architecture and designing and handles operations and all customer interactions at Neeta Developers.
